Pastor Chris Leslie cutting his cake at the service of appreciation.

North Jamaica Conference District Pastor, Chris Billy Leslie, was feted with words of affirmation, good wishes and love by colleagues at the end of the second Workers' Meeting for 2016. Pastor Leslie, who has served the North Jamaica Conference since 2010, will be breaking service in the field as he and his wife temporarily relocate to the United States of America.

Conference President, Pastor Karl Archer spoke of the current Bamboo district pastor as one who will be missed from the region, given his homiletical skills and his work over the time he served.

Fellow colleagues not only joined in extending best regards to their colleague, but shared in the bitter-sweet moment throught fellowship and food, as memories were relived and prayers for God's continued guidance offered.

Pastor Leslie is married to the former Zanjanie Watson and was ordained to the gospel ministry in 2015.

As of September 1, 2016, Executive Secretary, Pastor Omri Davis will have pastoral responsibility for the Bamboo district, with Pastor Myshan Irving serving as intern.
