Two (2) pastors were ordained to the Gospel Ministry in an historic ceremony held on Sabbath, August 6, 2011 at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Brown's Town, St. Ann.  The service, the first of its kind since North Jamaica received Conference status, began at 4:00 p.m., and witnessed Pastors Fitzroy Bailey and Carlington Hylton being set apart for the sacred work of ministry.

In a solemn atmosphere, Pastor Everett Brown, President of the Jamaica Union Conference, encouraged the pastors to feed the flock and render sacrificial service.  "The pastors are called, set apart to serve God and His people, " he said.

The two (2) pastors testified how God led them to ministry.
